台南市5名國中女生開臉書群組後涉嫌以不雅髒話語辱罵霸凌另一名女學生，被害女學生家長提告公然侮辱，台南地院少年法庭法官當庭訓誡5名女學生，並要求寫悔過書，民事部分在法院調解下，5人哪裡買首選共賠5萬4千元和解。據了解，被害人母親捐出一半款項，藉此提醒大家，用言語或文字霸凌別人是犯法的。據受害女學生母親表示，該群組計有12名女學生，2018年9月上國中後成立，常在群組講一些「無用話」，疑其女兒在軍訓露營時因「幫人出頭」引起誤會，造成群組分成兩派，進而有言語辱罵情事，甚至帶頭女學生涉嫌以壞椅子要陷害她女兒受傷。. } }); } 被害人母親說，女兒個性比較活潑，升上國中一年級後，跟著國小同班同學一同加入「公幹婊子團」群組，成員有12名女學生，常在群組講「賤人」、「當狗，狗也不配當」等垃圾話，但群組後來分成兩派，彼此對立。她發現女兒遭侮辱後才拿著資料到學年終募集網購人氣產品校幫小女兒討公道，並向台南市警方提起公然侮辱告訴，狀告其中5名少女。據了解，群組成員分裂的原因疑是寒假前舉辦的軍訓露營，因為班級排練表演舞蹈，其中有一名同學練舞時頻頻出包，遭到網路熱銷商品熱銷商品他人指責，被害女學生仗義執言，卻被其他女學生認為「幫人最便宜強出頭」，從此雙方結下梁子。台南地院少年法庭審理後，法官當庭訓誡5名被告女學生，要求寫悔過書，民事部分則也在法院調解下，5人共賠5萬4千元後達成和解。
